"It's not about what you make, it's who you are in the process." - Jim Rohn

Network Marketing Pro Podcast

Weekly Audio Training Podcasts by Network Marketing Professional and Expert Eric Worre.

This CD is an excellent source for being introduced to Jim Rohn and if listened to several times, it is one of the most encouraging resource for beginning a network marketing business. But, it does not teach skills such as the packaging claims, it only introduces the listener to the importance of acquiring the skills of recruiting; getting people to work together, how to use ingenuity (like how is that taught in one CD being listened to); strengthening communication techniques and how to inspire people. No, the importance of these skills are outlined but not taught. One has to go elsewhere for the knowledge of the skills needed to build a network marketing business.

Financial success, Carnegie believed, is due 15 percent to professional knowledge and 85 percent to “the ability to express ideas, to assume leadership, and to arouse enthusiasm among people.” He teaches these skills through underlying principles of dealing with people so that they feel important and appreciated. He also emphasizes fundamental techniques for handling people without making them feel manipulated. Carnegie says you can make someone want to do what you want them to by seeing the situation from the other person’s point of view and “arousing in the other person an eager want.” You learn how to make people like you, win people over to your way of thinking, and change people without causing offense or arousing resentment. For instance, “let the other person feel that the idea is his or hers,” and “talk about your own mistakes before criticizing the other person.” Carnegie illustrates his points with anecdotes of historical figures, leaders of the business world, and everyday folks.

Will the company fail? Lencioni’s utterly gripping tale serves as a timeless reminder that leadership requires as much courage as it does insight. Throughout the story, Lencioni reveals the five dysfunctions which go to the very heart of why teams even the best ones-often struggle. He outlines a powerful model and actionable steps that can be used to overcome these common hurdles and build a cohesive, effective team. Just as with his other books, Lencioni has written a compelling fable with a powerful yet deceptively simple message for all those who strive to be exceptional team leaders.

~ Jim Rohn from Leading an Inspired Life

This CD paves the way for knowing yourself. It is humbling and enlightening at the same time. I like Jim Rohn’s style of communicating and the analogies he used. This is a must for people determined to succeed.

Sinek starts with a fundamental question: Why are some people and organizations more innovative, more influential, and more profitable than others? Why do some command greater loyalty from customers and employees alike? Even among the successful, why are so few able to repeat their success over and over? People like Martin Luther King Jr., Steve Jobs, and the Wright Brothers had little in common, but they all started with WHY. They realized that people won’t truly buy into a product, service, movement, or idea until they understand the WHY behind it. START WITH WHY shows that the leaders who’ve had the greatest influence in the world all think, act, and communicate the same way — and it’s the opposite of what everyone else does. Sinek calls this powerful idea The Golden Circle, and it provides a framework upon which organizations can be built, movements can be led, and people can be inspired. And it all starts with WHY.

The Entrepreneur Roller Coaster: Why Now Is The Time To #JoinTheRide, will prepare you for the wild ride of entrepreneurship. It will warn you (of forthcoming fears, doubts, and the self-defeating conditioning of your upbringing and past), inoculate you (from the naysayers, dream-stealers, and pains of rejection and failure), and guide you (as you build those under-developed skills of independence, self-motivation, and self-accountability) safely past the landmines that blow up and cause the failure of 66 percent of all new businesses.

Whether you are a follower who is just beginning to discover the impact of leadership or a natural leader who already has followers, you can become a better leader. As you read about the laws, you may recognize that you already practice some of them very effectively. Other laws may expose weaknesses you didn’t know you had. No matter where you are in the leadership process, know this: the greater the number of laws you learn, the better leader you will become. Each law is like a tool, ready to be picked up and used to help you achieve your dreams and add value to other people. Pick up even one, and you will become a better leader. Learn them all, and people will gladly follow you.

Success is a journey and never a destination. It can be elusive. It can be overwhelming and sometimes underwhelming. It can be fleeting and it can be long-lasting. The true measure of a human being is not necessarily what they accumulate, achieve, or accomplish, but rather who they become and maintain being throughout the highs and lows of their personal journey. Josh Denne has take 20 years of lessons learned from the edge of entrepreneurship and making and losing and re-making millions of dollars and put them all into a framework for success that is easy to implement and understand, and proven beyond any shadow of any doubt to work for anyone who chooses to apply it. Life and business are in a constant flux and often times the scales of balance can seem to be working against you even as you expend tremendous effort. it is time to tip those scales in your favor and this book will show you how.
